Filter Media: The filter media used in the manufacture of polyester filters is a synthetic fiber media that exhibits a uniform density and resilient body. The material also has higher arrestance efficiency than fiberglass.

Filter Tray: The material used to manufacture the die cut filter trays for standard sizes is pearl-coated beverage board. The filter trays for custom sizes are hand-assembled from pearl-coated chip board and are supported with metal material.
